     PILATES INSTUCTOR CERTIFICATION

    Course Objectives

    • During the 2-day seminar, participants will obtain a working knowledge of the purpose, benefits, target population, history, terminology, anatomy and principles of the Pilates exercise method.
    • Participants will be able to demonstrate 46 Pilates movements with proper technique and body alignment.
    • Participants will be measured by a practical demonstration and a 100 question written multiple choice exam with a passing grade of 85%.

    This certification is approved for 7.0 AFAA CEUs.

    The Cost Per Participant is $199.00.

    Each Participant will receive:

    • The "Pilates Certification Manual", a 69 page illustrated book that accompanies the certification is included in the price. The manual sold separately is $25.00. If individuals purchase the manual and the certification is taken later, the cost of the manual is deducted from the price of the certification.

    • FREE PILATES (sticky) Mat.
    • FREE "I LOVE PILATES" T-Shirt.

    This is an excellent opportunity to train as a Pilates Instructor and for anyone who wants to learn more about the Pilates exercise method.
