Introducing in January 2021 The FITNESS CLUB

  • Are you tired of working out by yourself?
  • Are you feeling unmotivated to do any kind of exercises?
  • Do you want more information about weight/resistance training, flexibility, nutrition and weight management?
  • Do you want to feel like you're in a community of friends who work out together?
  • Do you want a fitness professional certified as a Group Exercise Leader, Personal Trainer and Pilates Master Trainer, with over 25 years experience to help you acheive your fitness goals?
  • Do you want to have FUN while you get fit?

If you answered YES to any of those questions, you are ready for the FITNESS CLUB!

 

Now imagine the following;

  • YOU Having knowledge of how to exercise safely and effectively.
  • YOU Not being all by yourself on your fitness journey.
  • YOU Having a clear purpose for your fitness goals.
  • YOU Feeling motivated to work out.
  • YOU Having FUN while you reach your fitness goals.
  • Picture yourself completeing the12 week Fitness Club program, and think about how you'll feel and look afterwards.

 THE FITNESS CLUB is a 12 week program that will start JANUARY 18, 2021 on ZOOM.

The FITNESS CLUB will include;

  • Fitness classes twice a week with an option for a third class with no extra charge.
  • Weekly consultations.
  • A NUTRITION DAY with meal planning and seting nutrition goals.,
  • Home gym set up.
  • One Personal Training Session, with an option for more at a discounted rate for being a FITNESS CLUB member.
  • You'll also get a FREE FITNESS CLUB T-shirt and a prize for completing of the 12 week program.

 

CLASS SCHEDULE

Fit 20/20/20 class

Fit 20/20/20 is 20 minutes of Cardio, 20 minutes of Resistance Training and 20 minutes of Core/Abs, finishing up the class with Stretch and meditation. The class will meet onTues and Thurs at 11:30AM. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

 

PILATES with JO-ANN

This is an optional class that meets on Tuesday evenings at 6PM.

Gain flexibity, core strength and body awareness through the Pilates Method.

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level Pilates exercises.

This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, and is FREE to FITNESS CLUB members.

 

Weekly Consultations and group gatherings will be on Mondays. This is when we'll plan our meals for the week, chit chat and support each other. Fitness questions, problem solving and unity in the club's quest to succeed in achieving our fitness goals will be on Mondays. 

You will no longer be alone in your pursuit to feel better, look better and have FUN at the same time.

 

You will be also tasked with working out on your own as well, and all the tools you'll need will be here to support you.

 

You will have an agenda, a plan and a purpose. You will be able to set realistic goals, meet new challenges and enjoy the support of new, and not so new, friends.

And you'll have FUN all the while meeting your fitness goals.
